What file formats do I receive?

You’ll receive files in whatever formats you need – typically PDF for print, PNG and JPG for digital, and the original source file (AI or PSD) so you can make edits in the future.

Every project includes two rounds of revisions. Most clients are happy after the first round, but we want to make sure you’re completely satisfied before we deliver final files.

Absolutely. If you have existing logos, colors, fonts, or brand guidelines, share them with us and we’ll design everything to match. If you don’t have brand guidelines yet, we can help establish a consistent look.

Most marketing materials are delivered within 5–7 business days from the initial brief. Larger projects like full brochure packages or trade show setups may take 2–3 weeks. We’ll give you a clear timeline before we start.

We focus on design and deliver print-ready files. We can recommend trusted local print vendors in the Lake County area, but printing is handled separately so you have full control over quantities and costs.
